Reserving your rental –

Venmo full rental price to @andreagodfrey with rental name and dates in the note.

(i.e. Archer 7/1/2020–7/5/2020)

 

Once both of these have been completed, your rental is reserved. You will receive an email as soon as your rental ships out.

The rules:

Items cannot be altered in any way, padded clips may be used.

Items cannot be worn for actual events or weddings. They must be worn in a controlled environment, such as a styled shoot, with extreme care taken.

Items must be shipped via FedEX or UPS only with tracking and insurance for the full retail price of the item listed above. If you choose not to insure the dress, you are responsible if the item is lost, stolen, damaged, etc. Delivery date is accurately estimated, but not guaranteed. It is important for you to account for this when selecting your rental dates.

You are responsible for any damages exceeding $25 up to the full retail price of the dress listed above. Small repairs (such as beads falling off, threads coming loose, etc.) are expected due to normal wear and tear. Please try to return any loose beads with the item for repair.

These are rental items, so they will not be perfect. There may be a missing tassel, a few beads missing, or a loose thread or two. Items are sent in for repair for any clearly visible damage during downtime, but keep this in mind if you see anything less than perfect on your rental. if any major damage occurs prior to your rental, we will reach out to let you know as soon as possible to either substitute your rental or refund you completely. we document all damage prior to sending your item out and document all damage upon return – this is how we assess what damage has occurred during your rental period.

you must ship your dress back on or before the last day of your rental.

if the dress has come in contact with mud, a lot of dust or dirt, or anything that can cause a lasting stain, you. must soak the dress before shipping bACK IN Hot water and dawn dish soap only and hung to dry. NO BLEACH, NO WASHING MACHINES, NO DRYERS. If the dress is returned too dirty, i will take it to a professional to be dry-cleaned, no exceptions. You are responsible for that cost.
